Sino-Russian Online Exchange: Academic Achievement Seminar with North-Eastern Federal University of Russia

On November 20, invited by the North-Eastern Federal University of Russia, our company, together with Yantai Economic and Technological Development Zone, co-hosted the key academic achievement exchange forum themed Sino-Russian Online Dialogue on Science and Technology via video link.
Founded in 1956, the North-Eastern Federal University (NEFU) is the largest higher education institution in Russia’s northeastern region. Ranked 16th among Russian universities, it is also listed among the Top 200 Universities of the BRICS countries. Playing a pivotal role in Russia’s education, culture, economy, politics, international cooperation and social development, the university is hailed as the "Diamond University".
At the meeting, Yuriy Olgievich Danilov, Rector of NEFU, delivered a speech and expressed his gratitude to Shandong Zhenyang International Trade for organizing key enterprises to participate in and engage with the university. The Vice Rector and Director of the Arctic Innovation Center elaborated on a number of key scientific research achievements, including secondary metabolites of Arctic plants, collagen hydrolysate cosmetics, and polymer modified materials.
Mr. Zhan Zhenyang, Chairman of Shandong Zhenyang International Trade, gave a focused introduction to the business environment, scientific and educational advantages, as well as the development status of the biomedicine industry in Yantai City and its Economic and Technological Development Zone.
Both sides agreed that mutual visits will be organized in a timely manner once conditions permit, to introduce more outstanding scientific research achievements of NEFU to China and promote their industrial settlement in Yantai, so as to achieve multi-win cooperation among governments, universities and enterprises.
